EXCHANGES & RETURNS

At MIRAKA, we take great care in ensuring that every piece meets our highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are pleased to assist.

RETURNS

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund to the original method of payment.

Items returned between 15 and 30 days of delivery may be eligible for store credit, issued at MIRAKA's discretion.

To be eligible for return, merchandise must be:

• Unworn, unused, and in its original condition

• Returned with all original tags attached

• Returned in its original packaging

Items that have been worn, altered, damaged, washed, soiled, or returned
without original tags and packaging will not be accepted.

Sale items, promotional purchases, gift cards, and personalised or custom-made products are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

RETURN SHIPPING

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@shopmiraka.com or +971509194248 and include your order number.

Upon approval, a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions will be provided.

We recommend retaining proof of shipment until your return has been successfully processed.

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for an alternate size of the same style, a different style, or store credit, subject to availability.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, and all merchandise must meet the return eligibility requirements outlined above.

If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued for the value of the returned merchandise.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will be subject to the Returns Policy outlined above.
